Dan Foster

 Dan practiced law for many years before opening his first fee attorney office in Arlington in 1997. In addition to his Arlington offices, he also owns offices in Euless, Keller, Weatherford, and San Antonio. Dan is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
Dan’s goal as a fee attorney is for his offices to grow, while still maintaining the highest level of customer service in the industry. He hires only A+ employees who enjoy working hard for their clients. Dan believes in teamwork and encourages everyone to work together to get the job done.
Dan Foster was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He lived in Austin for short period of time, where he attended the University of Texas. Dan received his B.A. from UT in 1980 and went on to received his J.D. in 1983. He returned to the Fort Worth area and now resides in Arlington with his family. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys boating, hunting, and traveling.
